Great customer services.
Randall was great to work with. From modifying our logo so it could be used on the silicone bottle grip to making sure our kids' names and jersey number were on the lids and visible, it was a relatively smooth process. Once the proof was finalized the turnover time was quick. Product is great quality.

Quick and good service, excellent product
I got a quick response to the initial contact, clarification on the initial request and then good information without having to drag out the requests.
A sample pack was sent so I could see exactly the product I was getting.
Quick turn-around and the product was exactly as expected, colour match from the proof to the product was excellent.

Max was prompt in answering emails and helpful with the transaction. Your sample presentation is very impressive. The entire process was very easy. He sent me samples that I received within days. We were able to order and the entire transaction only took about a week and that was getting samples, choosing what I wanted and receiving the item. I had prayer. I've previously been researching the items and because it was for a very specific need, not a promotional item. I wanted it to be a quality item and but the one I chose from your company absolutely is and also considering cost. It was well within our budget and also cheaper than what I've found previously for much less of a quality item sold by others.
