The product is excellent with very high quality than most of the other thermal cups I had. I would like to applaud Charlotte, the sale person. She is super friendly and helpful. She went beyond the expectation to support me during the process, enhance the logo quality and cater my requirements. Now every member of my team has a cup with their own name, love it.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience. I reached out to get some personalized mix bottles for our company and received a call from them that day. Shelby was amazing to work with and stayed in contact with us throughout the designing, payment, processing and delivery. She even followed up to make sure the mix bottles came out how we expected them. I will definitely will be working with them again in the future.
